I was very pleased with Med Journey. I also received top-notch care at Clinica Biblica. I highly recommend them both. I felt very safe there. Medical Journey lined up my surgery with Clinica Biblica, booked my hotel accommodations, booked my flights, everything was scheduled and arranged.

My husband and I flew to Costa Rica (from Florida , U.S.A. ). We were met at the airport by a shuttle driver, who was very courteous, helpful and friendly. He drove us to our hotel, El Rodeo. The folks at the hotel were nice and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable. The shuttle driver picked us up and drove us to and from the hospital. He also drove us when we did some sight seeing/tours. I had a hysterectomy and spent two nights at the hospital. I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of care that I received there. Jim and I were greeted at the hospital by Bill Cook and Starlene Spencer Vincent . They stayed with me during the pre-op tests and admissions process. They are wonderful folks. My surgeon, Dr. Calderon was terrific as well. Very kind, caring and thorough. The hospital rooms are private and roomy. My husband was able to sleep on a couch in my room with me. My surgery was a hysterectomy.

I was very pleased with their attentiveness. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Med Journey and Clinica Biblica! I highly recommend their services..

I have had the surgery. It was a great success. However, if the event arises to needing surgery in Costa Rica again I will more than likely utilize medjourneys. I can see where it would expedite the process quicker and be a little less headache. Thank you for your help.

I just wanted to say thanks again for your service. The medical care I received at the hospital in New Dehli was actually superior to that which I received here at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville . The fabulous team of surgeons spoke better english than those assigned to me here and when it comes to nurses there is simply no comparison. I had real nurses there, not trainees like I had here. I saw my doctors regularly rather than the customary 15 second visit with them I had over here. The facility was exceptionally clean and free of any kind of odors and my window view was like a postcard. The bed and breakfast I stayed in was very much like those I've frequented in the North Carolina mountain resorts here and the food was very good. I would recommend this to anyone who has to pay their own way as I did. The total cost was less than one half what I would have paid here, including the travel and room and food!
